Presenter:

Lenny Ramsey holds a PhD in Cognitive Neuroscience from Washington University in Saint Louis and just started as a senior research associate at UT Health in Texas. She spent the past few years working as an assistant professor in Neurosciences in the Physical Therapy Department of a small liberal arts college - allowing her to dive into the brain-body connection.

Lenny picked up triathlon while pursuing her PhD and started racing as a professional athlete in 2017. Midway through the 2018 season, Lenny turned her attention to the full Ironman distance and last season she posted two third place finishes. She is coached by QT2 coach Tim Snow.

Lenny combines her enthusiasm for triathlon with teaching as a QT2 triathlon coach. She brings her passion for data driven analysis and psychology to each of her athletes to assist them in their or her journey to achieving their personal best.
