Florida Triathlon Training Camp - All of the QT2 group services utilize proven training principles and a friendly atmosphere. Whether you are interested in a swim session, one of our training camps, or a webinar, our coaches will provide unparalleled attention to you, and top notch training knowledge. Our group services are for anyone; not just the QT2 triathlon team.

FL Training Camp - February 9-12th, 2012

$615 for 4 Day Camp

This is our 4-day training camp in Clermont, FL near the National Training Center. The QT2 training camps are an ideal, fun option for triathletes to train for an Ironman or 70.3 with a group and the QT2 coaches. All camps include a technical component (workshop or lecture) covering sport specific topics. Come prepared to put in a great deal of hard work in an ideal training location.

The Package Includes:

Attendance at the annual QT2 training camp in Clermont, Florida (date below).
Fueling for all workouts provided by PowerBar
Endurox recovery drink provided for recovery from all workouts
Lunch and Dinner for 2 days and nights (one night dinner in and one night dinner out, along with two lunches in)
Access to QT2 Coaches for the duration of the camp (one coach per five athletes)
Two coaches dedicated to "work" the camp and stay with groups on the bike to ensure no one gets lost!
Free attendance to one nutrition talk by Coach and Registered Dietitian Jaime Windrow
Free attendance to Q & A session with QT2 coaches including Ironman Pro Cait Snow
Complimentary group run video analysis
5K run time trial on the National Training Center track with results posted to coolrunning.com!
At least 30 minutes massage time by a professional masseuse
2 swim sessions at the National Training Center (dedicated access to QT2 group)
Beautiful, challenging country roads for riding/running (NOTE, you must be capable of maintaining 17 mph)
Professional bike mechanic support throughout camp along with lead/sag vehicle for key rides
4 nights lodging at the Hampton Inn provided at a group rate of $99/night or $115/night for a suite (across the street from the NTC). Attendees are responsible for their own booking at the host hotel.
Bike unpacking, build-up, breakdown, and packing can be added to this camp for $60 additional

June 21-24th, 2012 in Lake Placid New York (agenda here). Full payment due before May 1st. Please note that this camp will likely sell out before this date.
August 23-26th, 2012 in Ludlow Vermont (agenda here). Full payment due before July 15st.
