Bio: During the summer of 1998 Jesse found a triathlon in his area and signed up. After he crossed the finish line he knew he was hooked. Following that experience, he began to refocus his pursuits from weight lifting to triathlon. In the year 2000 at a body weight of approximately 190lbs he completed what he calls his first real triathlon season as well as his first half Ironman in a time of 6:05. Since then, Jesse has completed over 180 triathlons including more than 50 half Ironmans and 12 Ironmans. He lives and trains on the south shore of Boston with his wife Chrissie, son Colin, and daughter Stella.
