Bio: Betsy discovered triathlon in 2004 at age 41 and said she would "NEVER" do an Ironman. Then, in 2008, at age 45 she did her first IM and has done one every year since. She is now preparing for IM #7. Betsy didn't realize how much she still had to learn about IM training and racing until she started working with QT2 (and Coach Rodney Scott) in April 2013. Since then, triathlon has become an even more gratifying and fulfilling (and time consuming) endeavor! And she is loving it!
