Coach Jesse to Lead a Free Triathlon Discussion in NYC

Jesse Kropelnicki, coach of Ironman Professional Caitlin Snow and Olympic Trials Qualifier Ethan Brown, among others, will lead a FREE triathlon discussion on Friday, July 6th in Midtown New York. This talk, beginning at 6pm, is open to the first 30 people who register below. Space is limited, so please sign up soon, if you would like to attend. Scheduled for the Friday prior to the Aquaphor New York City Triathlon, it fits well with other related race weekend obligations.
This talk will discuss strategies for success at the Half-Ironman and Ironman distances! Coach Jesse will briefly cover training, nutrition, fueling, execution, and race day mental preparation during the hour. This opportunity is completely free of charge, and in a convenient location for any athlete in town for the weekend's event. It will also provide an inside look into QT2 Systems' Five Cornerstones of Race Day Success. Immediately following Coach Jesse's presentation, there will be an open period for attendee Q&A. QT2 Systems will provide light snacks and refreshments.
