Nutrition Plan & Consultation - $275

An individualized plan will be created to help you improve performance, and lose or maintain weight as an athlete. This option is the absolute best way for athletes to learn how to eat on a day-to-day basis. It is for people that may know how to lose weight but have no idea how to integrate training and competing with a diet. It is also for those who may know how to "eat healthy" but may not know how to optimize what they eat for performance.

The Package Includes:

  • Unlimited daily contact with your nutrition coach via email for the first 1 week follow delivery of your plan
  • One-on-one meeting to learn coach Jesse's ground breaking and proven Core Diet for athletes
  • Nutrition plan giving specific quantitative and qualitative recommendations based on YOUR training
  • Free body fat check upon startup to determine goals and optimal body weight for performance
  • Example menus provided within your nutrition plan based on your specific needs
