QT2 Systems - Elite Age Group Florida Training Camp
February 11-14: This is our third annual 4-day training camp for Elite Age-Groupers in Clermont, FL. Located just a stone's throw from the National Training Center, this camp will run February 11-14th, 2017. This QT2 Elite Age Group training camp will be run in the same format as our PRO training camps, where athletes will not know what is scheduled other than meeting at the pool, each morning. Coaches will make adjustments to the each individual athlete's daily training based off how well the athlete is able to recover over night. This is a great way to push Ironman or 70.3 fitness to a new level, and deal with uncertainty, all supported by the QT2 coaches. Come prepared to put in a great deal of hard work, in the same location where many of the world's fastest PROs log their winter miles.
The Run Formula - Boston Marathon Running Camp
March 24-26: Come train with us on the historic Boston Marathon course on March 24-26! This camp is perfect for those running the Boston Marathon this year or those planning to do it in the future. It would also serve as a great training and learning opportunity for anyone doing any spring marathon! Or, even if you don’t plan on racing but have always wondered what the Boston Marathon course was like, please join us! The Run Formula training camps are an ideal, fun strategy to prepare for anything from a half marathon through an ultra-distance race with a supportive squad and guidance from Run Formula coaches. All camps include technical learning components and address sport-specific topics such as fueling, heart rate pacing, logistics preparation, injury-prevention, recovery tactics, and more. Come prepared to put in a great deal of hard work in a historic training location.
The Run Formula - Vermont Trail Running Camp (w/ HOUSING)
May 5-7: Come train with us in beautiful Stowe, Vermont May 5-7, 2017 and experience a quaint ski town with miles upon miles of fun, challenging run trails to explore! This is our 2.5-day training camp for distance runners of all speeds. The Run Formula training camps are an ideal, fun strategy to prepare for anything from a half marathon through an ultra-distance race with a supportive squad and guidance from Run Formula coaches. All camps include technical learning components and address sport-specific topics such as fueling, heart rate pacing, logistics preparation, injury-prevention, recovery tactics, and more. Come prepared to put in a great deal of hard work in an ultimate training location. Camp price includes housing and meals as indicated in the detailed description.
OutRival Racing - Women's Training Camp in the Adirondacks (INCLUDES HOUSING)
May 26-29: Women's Camp Experience in the Adirondacks! All ages and abilities welcome. This is our 5th annual 4-day training camp is set in the beautiful Lake Placid region. Join us Friday May 26th through Monday May 29th, 2017. Catering to women only, the camp will combine training with workshops and other fun activities that the Adirondack region has to offer. Targeted at women who are looking to improve their knowledge and performances in 2017 and beyond while enjoying the friendship and support the camp has to offer.
QT2 Systems - Lake Placid Training Camp
June 15-18: Come train with us in Lake Placid, New York June 15-18, in the heart of central New York’s Adirondack Mountains! Lake Placid was host to two winter Olympics and has been the host to one of the most iconic and longest running IRONMAN race on the North American circuit. The town has a distinct energy that promotes athleticism, yet has the fun low key vibe of a ski town and is, absolutely, one of the northeast's best places to train.
QT2 Systems - Elite Age Group Vermont Training Camp. (INCLUDES HOUSING)
September 21-24: This will be our second year running this camp for elite age groupers in world famous Stowe, Vermont! This camp was a huge success in 2016! Our 4-day camp will run from September 21-24th and is designed for athletes racing the Ironman World Championship, or other late season events such as Louisville, Arizona, Cozumel or Beach to Battleship. As an elite age group camp, the expectations will be high, and the training incredibly difficult. The same model as QT2's PRO Camps will be used, where athletes won’t know what workouts are coming and only to meet at the Waterbury Reservoir by 7:30 each morning. We will be using the heat acclimation protocol, so be sure to bring extra layers. September, in Vermont, is typically beautiful, with weather in the 70s and 80s. Come prepared to put in a great deal of hard work in an ideal training location. Accommodations and food for the camp will be included in the price and will be covered by the Round Hearth.
QT2 Systems - Elite Age Group Cozumel Training Camp
October 24-28: This is a brand new camp for elite age groupers in world paradise : Cozumel Island, MEXICO! This 5-days camp will run from Tuesday October 24th to Saturday October 28th 2017. The camp is designed for athletes already looking out for 2018 Ironman races to come and prepare in hot and humid conditions like Kona to push limiters. As an elite age group camp expectations will be high, and the training incredibly difficult. The same model as QT2’s PRO Camps will be used, where athletes do not know which workouts are coming, when, only to meet each morning at specified venue. November, in Cozumel, is as always beautiful, and athletes can expect hot and humid weather that will be toughened by the island winds. Come prepared to put in a great deal of hard work in an ideal location famous for its many endurance events, and optimal training spot in paradise for many of the world’s most ambitious athletes. The host hotel will be in traditional “All-Inclusive, Hotel Cozumel & Resort” in proximity of Track and Pool sporting complex, open water swim access from the hotel, as well as convenient local grocery stores and close proximity to downtown to enjoy Cozumel at its best. All QT2 camp athletes and family can book at a great discount price after signing up for the camp.
