Life is stressful.  Training for triathlon, by its very nature, is stressful.  Managine these two accounts, and keeping our overall budget in the black, is a difficult but vital task.  Join us to discuss this often overlooked component of everyday life and triathlon training.

(1) The different components of, both, good and bad stress. (2) How these stresses manifest in our everyday lives. (3) How these stresses manifest in our triathlon lives.  (4) Ways to help to manage these stresses, both good and bad, our everyday lives, and our triathlon lives in an effort to maintain balance.

About the Presenter:
Cait Snow is a USAT Level I and QT2 Level III triathlon coach of age group athletes.  She is also one of the top female professional athletes, on the IRONMAN circuit, with multiple IRONMAN and 70.3 wins, as well as top-10 finishes at the IRONMAN World Championship, in Kailua-Kona.
