Jackie Miller is a 47 year old former nurse and current athlete and USAT Level 1/QT2 Level 2 Coach, with QT2 and ORR, who has been racing for over 11 years. She hit menopause early, and with very little information available regarding female athletes and menopause, and decided to do a bit of research herself! She is bringing this information to other women to help them combat "the change of life" or prepare them to be ready for when it does come!
