1-1 Coaching

Minimum Duration: 16 weeks

There is a 16 week minimum commitment for this program. We will add a $3.50 fee to your billing each period for a Training Peaks Premium account with us...no need to purchase and pay for your own!  You will be contacted by your coach, or we will contact you to set you up with a coach within 24 hours after purchase.  Once you discuss your training program with your coach, and have agreed on a start date your billing will begin the following Monday. All billing pauses, stops, and restarts should be discussed with your coach, and made by you via your "My Account" area on the QT2 website.

An individualized program will be created to address your personal athletic goals. Programs could include nutrition analysis, weight loss, efficiency training, annualized season periodization and daily workouts. This option is the absolute top-of-the-line coaching package for advanced athletes.

The Package Includes:

  • Unlimited daily contact with your coach via email on an as needed basis [coach level descriptions]
  • Weekly contact by phone on an as needed basis
  • Free threshold testing upon startup as well as every three months to monitor progress and ensure accurate heart rate training zones
  • Detailed race fueling analysis and written plan including athlete sweat rate, and sodium loss specifics 
  • Body composition testing and determination of optimal body weight and body fat
  • Set-up of annual training periodization that considers your goal races and other personal priorities
  • Specific targeting of physiological limiters, and monitoring of progress throughout the season (level of support increases with coach level)
  • Detailed race execution analysis, including analysis of power, pace, and heartrate files against QT2 specific metrics for race day success (level of support increases with coach level)
  • Specific pacing plans for all of your races including wattage recommendations on the bike
  • Online training log (Training Peaks Premium Account) to interact with coach and submit/track results
  • Daily workouts sent in 4 week blocks via the online training log
  • QT2 member area login and resource access, including full access to the QT2 Team Forum
  • Access to the QT2 member gallery to view/familiarize yourself with other QT2ers!
  • Nutrition plan developed or signed off by a registered dietitian including 2 months of ongoing support 
  • Continuous support and access to your coach throughout the season.
  • Access to the full Core Diet member area resources including the "Ask The RD" Forum 
  • Up to three (3) yearly follow up consultations, with our RDs, following the initial nutrition and race fueling support!
  • 10% discount on admission fees to Team QT2
  • $55 monthly discount on the intensive Core Diet 1-1 nutrition support service
  • 30% discount on swim analysis and run analysis sessions
  • 20% discount on our Mental Fitness services.
