
At the end of 2010 I came to a point in my training where I wasn't getting much faster and I knew I wasn't creating an effective program for myself. I read a lot about the QT2 principles on their website and really liked their approach. When I had first met with Jesse he laid out a long term plan, discussed my limiters and how we'd work on them. Not only did we focus on training but also nutrition, strength training and recovery which has made a big difference in my performance.
