Training at the proper intensity is a key component to a successful triathlon season, and effective long-term progress. Training by heart rate is the most convenient way to control effort, and track progress in fitness, because of it's strong positive correlation with intensity. This webinar will focus on how to determine proper heart rate zones, and why heart rate training is superior to other means. Have an unused HR monitor sitting around the house?
