The purpose of this webinar is to explore how yoga can enhance your training both in and out of season. Coach Gerry will discuss mindfulness as a way to stay present in your life as well as your training journey and through racing. He will also discuss hip openers and other specific poses that address and can be helpful in many of the common areas of limited range of motion, injuries and or injury prevention.
