QT2 Systems Qualifies 30 Athletes for the Ironman World Championship in Kona

QT2 Systems, LLC is very excited to announce that it will be sending its largest contingent, yet, to the Ironman World Championships in Kailua-Kona, HI on October 12, 2013.  Having qualified 30 athletes, throughout the 2013 qualifying season, 28 will be making the trip to the Big Island, and racing. Of the 30 qualifiers, three chose to decline their invitations, and one spot was gained through the annual lottery. The nearly 30 athletes represent the coaching organization’s team of professional, elite, and age group athletes, from around the world.

The QT2 Systems racing team is one of the world's most recognized teams, due to the consistent and top performances of its age group and professional athletes, and strong industry partnerships.  The QT2 Team is for any athlete who would like to take their racing to the next level with QT2's dynamic coaches, and have the highest level of support, by staff dedicated to sponsorship, team events, and athlete representation.

QT2 Systems athletes Brave The Heat at Ironman Texas 2013

QT2 athletes had to deal with some pretty difficult conditions at Ironman Texas, and were once again forced to overcome a good deal of adversity. But, that is the nature of Ironman. If you were following the athletes this past Saturday, May 18, 2013, at the Memorial Hermann Ironman Texas, you already know just how difficult it was. There were 19 QT2 athletes racing, up from 13 in 2012, and considering the conditions of the day (temps in the mid- to upper-90’s, with a heat index of 108 degrees), all of them deserve a lot of respect for making it across the finish line.
