An individualized training program will be created to address your athletic goals for a specific race or season, and fit your personal training volume, and planned races. This option is an ideal alternative to our One-on-One coaching, providing a structured plan and group to help stay motivated. All mission plans include the same proven QT2 training protocols that have produced Ironman champions and countless Kona qualifiers.  Note, Mission Plans may now be purchased with Athlete Advantage at a discounted rate to provide an extra level of support if desired! OPTION: Team (+$22.5/28 days):

This is a 4-week free trial of our annual Mission Plan service. Athletes will receive their first 4-week training block free and have three weeks, from their training plan's start date, to cancel the trial. In order to cancel your free trial, email [email protected] After those three weeks have passed, you will not have the opportunity to cancel, and the remaining portion of your training plan will be written into your training log. If you do cancel inside of the three week period, any scheduled billing will be canceled and the remaining portion of your training plan will not be written into your training log. Uncanceled Annual Mission Plans will require a 1-year minimum commitment, with billing occurring every 28 days for 12 periods, before being able to cancel your membership. You are also responsible for monthly payments during any month you have requested training, via our online questionnaire. Please allow two weeks, once your questionnaire is received, to receive your training plan. Following your 12th payment, cancelation can be completed at any time, via the "My Account" section of your Member Area. Your billing will begin this coming Monday, after purchase, unless otherwise specified. You will be granted access to our Member Area, within one day of purchase. You will be contacted within 48 hours by our staff, who will give you instructions on how to get started. 



  • Initial phone call with the coach writing your plan, to review the initial athlete intake form, prior to each plan being written. 
  • Set-up of training periodization for the period of your choice, that considers your goal races and other personal commitments (provided in PDF).
  • Testing using our field-test protocol to determine accurate heart rate training zones, or detailed threshold testing with a coach (+$75) to determine physiological specifics for incorporation into your Mission Plan.
  • Online training log (Training Peaks Basic Account), where workouts are posted, and used to record results/track progress for each workout.
  • 15% discount on most QT2 services, including run and swim analyses.
  • 10% discount on our Mental Fitness services.
  • Daily workouts, issued for entire period of your plan fully customized to your questionnaire including weekly logistics, race schedule, strengths/weaknesses, and other limiters. 
  • Strength training plan, with specific gym exercises and descriptions, where appropriate.
  • $100 additional - Personal race execution/pacing strategy developed by your coach and delivered in PDF format, prior to race day. This is based on your training performance indicators as produced by your Mission Plan and uses a combination of power (if available), pace and heart rate data. It will also include recommendation on swim starting location for your ability and race venue.

  • 15% discount on QT2 race fueling plans! We truly recommend this if you are doing an IM!
  • 15% discount on all QT2 nutrition plans with our registered dietitians. Weight loss is a great way to prevent injuries, improve health, and improve performance….QT2 recommends one to see the full benefit of your Mission!!


  • Access to private QT2 Mission forum. This is a specific forum for our Mission Plans. A QT2 coach is dedicated to answer questions via the forum, as needed (4 hour turnaround in most cases).
  • Periodic web-based presentations/conference calls. These explain various training and nutrition concepts used within QT2, and give athletes the chance to ask questions (these will be recorded).
  • QT2 member area login with client resource access. The resource area is where all conference calls/presentations are posted, as well as other key reference materials for your plan.
  • Access to the QT2 member gallery to view/familiarize yourself with other QT2ers!
  • Automatic admission to Team QT2!
  • Note, with QT2 Mission Plans, all contact with your coach is made via the forum or periodic conference calls. One-on-One phone calls can be scheduled monthly with our Athlete Advantage add-on!

Athlete Advantage Add-on (+$34):

  • You have access to advice (via phone conversation) from certified coaching and nutrition professionals.
  • Ask questions and get advice on an unlimited number of new topics for up to 30 minutes with each phone call
  • Membership entitles you to speak to a coach or registered dietitian, on an unlimited number of new nutrition, training, or racing topics. Your coach or dietitian can answer your questions and offer advice, for up to 30 minutes, on each new topic. You can submit one consultation request under each category (fueling, nutrition, pacing, post-race review, season planning, mental fitness, training) each month.
