Nutrition Plan & Consultation
An individualized nutrition plan will be created to teach you how to eat between workouts, maintain health, and lose weight if needed.  We offer two ongoing support options after your initial plan and consultation.
Race Fueling Plan
An individualized race fueling plan will be created to specifically address your fueling needs during racing. If you have had cramping problems or fueling issues during your races, this option will be focused to resolve these issues. You and your coach will work together prior to your meeting to test and develop a practical race fueling protocol including specific carbohydrate, sodium, and fluid requirements for your carbohydrate load, race morning breakfast, and race day.
Youth & Junior Nutrition
An individualized plan will be created for your youth or junior athlete that will address what it will take for your athlete to perform at his/her best while supporting the nutritional needs of children and adolescents. The challenge with young athletes is keeping pace with the nutritional demands of the sport, while also consuming the nutrients required to fully grow and develop. Adequate calories, carbohydrates, protein, fat, fiber, vitamins, minerals, water and electrolytes are all vital components of good nutrition on and off the field, and The Core Diet is here to help!
