Jackie Miller

QT2 Level 2 Coach


Jackie’s past professions include teaching, nursing, and personal training/group fitness instruction. She utilizes these skills and knowledge in her true passion, which is coaching triathletes. Jackie is married, with three children, which gives her an experience and understanding in helping her athletes discover the importance of time management, goal setting, and balancing family life with training. She teaches her athletes that with the right mental attitude, commitment and patience, anything is possible. Jackie began her coaching career, and earned her USAT certification, in 2006. Based in Sarasota, FL, Jackie has coached athletes of all levels. She is also the co-creator of Eight2Tri, a program that takes brand new athletes to their first sprint race in just eight weeks. Jackie is a founding member of her local Tri Club, The Sarasota Storm. She has helped the club to grow from only a handful of members, to over 300 in 2013, and currently serves as the club’s Vice-President. Jackie is a firm believer in giving back to the sport, and donates her time to various local triathlon/race committees, and serves on the USAT Florida Region Board. Jackie is a frequent presenter for USAT, as well as having had several articles published online. In 2012, Jackie decided that she was ready to take her own training, racing, and coaching to the next level, as she began working under the guidance of QT2 Coach Tim Snow. Since then, Jackie has fully embraced the importance of the five QT2 Cornerstones, and works to instill the same in her own athletes.
