BACK

  • All BIKE portions will begin, promplty, at 8:30AM EST, within a dedicated ZWIFT Meet Up.

  • Athletes will complete the BIKE through the ZWIFT 'Meet Up' functionality, with all athletes starting, together, in waves of not more than 100 riders. 

  • Unless stated otherwise, all riders must be on in-game (within ZWIFT) TT frames. The human rider can be on ANY type of bike, but the avatar must be on the bike frame specified for the race.

  • In order to be invited to the ZWIFT 'Meet Up', please be sure to follow Tim Snow #QT2, through the ZWIFT Companion app.

  • RUNs can be completed indoors or outdoors.

  • All RUN portions must begin within 10 minutes of finishing the BIKE.

  • The start and finish of RUNs must be within .25 miles of one another (no running all down hill!).

  • SWIM can be completed at any point within the event window (Typically 5AM the day prior to the BIKE 'Meet Up'/RUN, until 3PM the day of the BIKE 'Meet Up'/RUN - 34 hour window).

  • Swims may be completed indoors or in the open water, but must be accompanied by a Garmin Connect or STRAVA file which clearly defines the time required to complete the race distance.

  • Any safe body of water is permissable, but those swimming in rivers must do so according to the rules outlined in the event's RACE GUIDE.

  • Athletes who do not have access to appropriate swimming conditions may comple the BIKE/RUN portion of the race.

  • Official results will be for SWIM/BIKE/RUN and/or BIKE/RUN. Athletes who complete the triathlon will be listed in the SWIM/BIKE/RUN and BIKE/RUN results. Athletes who do not complete the swim will only be listed in the BIKE/RUN results.

  • At all times, and in all situations, athletes must follow local laws and safety guidelines.

  • All race results must be submitted prior to 3PM EST, on the day of the race, through the web-form provided.

                                                                                                                                                           

Broken Half-IM

  • Distance of 70.3 miles to be completed within 51.5 hours.

  • To be completed in segments of SWIM 1.2mi | Saturday - ZWIFT 36mi / RUN 3.8mi | Sunday - ZWIFT 20mi / RUN 9.3mi.
