Run Video Add-on

Our high definition camcorder will be used to record your run gait. Following the recording session, your coach will review the video in a group setting with our sport specific software identifying inefficiencies and recommending appropriate mitigation exercises and/or stretches. This is considered the most valuable feedback available to assess your run technique. Sessions are specifically focused on running better off the bike.

The Package Includes:

  • Explanation of the mind set and "environment" required to run well off the bike (for triathletes).
  • Body position drill practice at the video recording location.
  • For remote athletes, video can be recorded and sent to us for analysis over a webex meeting, or by delivered, annotated video.
Classroom Session (1.5-2.0 hours):
  • Group analysis of run videos in a class room at the facility (about 15 minutes per person).
  • Drill and/or exercise explanation based on needs identified by the video and/or observation.
Deliverables:

Standard Video Analysis & Classroom Session:

  • No deliverables following the track and classroom session.

Annotated Run Video (add $95) (can be added after the session or buy now!). 

Also note, that we encourage follow-up sessions to measure progress from month to month. Each analysis will refer to the previous month with comparison figures. There is no better way to improve your run gait....period.
